Before joining Emerge, Paulina held leadership roles at TalentBridge , AKEYA Associates , and Nesco Resource , where she directed national accounts, managed recruiting operations, and delivered large-scale staffing for high-profile professional sporting events. Her career spans 20+ years of experience in HR strategy, operations, compliance, and vendor management. Based in Rochester, New York, Paulina is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) with deep expertise in workforce strategy, contract negotiation, and cross-functional team leadership.
