Natalie Bollinger
 

Vice President and General Manager

Natalie Bollinger currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Emerge Talent Solutions, a role she has held since 2021. She leads innovative recruitment solutions that revolutionize the hiring experience and spearheads the Emerge Talent Cloud initiative, introducing the Cloud Recruiter model— a scalable, AI-enabled team approach delivering top-tier candidates with speed and precision for complex talent needs.

 

With over two decades of experience architecting talent strategies across start-ups, agencies, RPOs, and Fortune 500 companies, Natalie has a proven record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams. She specializes in designing efficient, scalable recruitment processes that drive success for organizations ranging from SMBs to enterprise-level accounts.

 

Before joining Emerge, Natalie co-founded Recruit PNW (2014–2020) and The Bollinger Group (2010–2014), consulting in talent acquisition and HR operations with a focus on enhancing candidate experiences and operational efficiency.

 

Natalie is based in Sisters, Oregon, and enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family, hiking, and ferry hopping. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University (graduated 2005) and a BS in Psychology from John Brown University
(graduated 2002).
